The "snitch app"

Hello, my name is Arthur Charles Fleming III  Founder and owner of "MiserTek Industries, L.L.C.     My app will allow the user to record any law being broken and submit evidence to the local authorities. The law breaker will receive a fine & fee. The "Snitch" will receive a portion of the fee     The app will incorporate facial recognition, license plate readers, satellite imagery, etc...     Any law can be programed  (For example: speeding in a school zone, passing a school bus with red flashing stop signals, not picking up dog poop, changing lanes without using turn signals, littering, driving while texting, reckless driving, etc...     If you spent one day counting the number of laws being broken, you'd be amazed     There are certainly people out there who make the world a dangerous place for everyone around them; those people need to be put in check     If the lawbreaker chooses not to pay their fine and fee, work demerits will be issued     Work demerits can be sold to any business for labor; the lawbreaker will need to work off those work demerits     If the lawbreaker decides not to pay their fine and fee and ignore their work demerits, jail time will be incurred     My app will also allow the user to earn serious money while making the world a safer place     The next steps will be for me to meet with authorities to establish a method to introduce my app to the public     I will also need to hire programmers to start building the app (this will require interfacing with already established systems)     (I have patent and PA protection for my idea)     The goal is to make the world a safer place
